Welcome to the Cobra Art website. Cobra Art was established in 1983 and is the largest supplier of original affordable art and photography in The Netherlands and Europe. Cobra Art is a real family business, established by Mr. and Mrs. van Rijswijk. In 1988, Mike van Rijswijk became active in the business, and his love for art soon became apparent.

With 100% passion and love for our field, a feeling for color, style and trends, we have been able, together with our artists, to create a varied collection of art, for each interior and budget, through the past nearly 30 years. Our goal was to make art accessible for everyone and to do away with the threshold that sometimes exists in the art world. We do not only distinguish ourselves by our collection, design and presentation, but especially by inventing tailor-made art.

‘’Finally Art that suits You’’ is literally our goal. It is also thanks to a close cooperation with our artists, a constantly varying collection, a fantastic showroom, a large collection in stock and a flexible organization that we have many content customers who gladly cooperate with us.

Our vision for the future is to enlarge our clientele within the Netherlands, especially in the interior- and project market. We continue to invest in our unique Art Center and like to see our Art Center become the place in The Netherlands where anybody can find affordable art tailor-made.

In addition we are more than ready to introduce our successful Art concept in other countries, too – among others at top art fairs, e.g. in Frankfurt and Paris.
